Each pair of Stellaris Footwear is custom manufactured and produced to your individual foot measurements. Because every order is made specifically for the customer, all sales are final. Custom-made pairs cannot be restocked, resized, or reassigned to another customer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or size selection. In addition, if the required foot scan is not completed, production cannot begin and the order will not be eligible for refund.

If there is an issue with your order, such as shipping damage, a production defect, or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@stellarisfootwear.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will work with Zellerfeld to review the matter and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, or refund where applicable.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to ensure that every customer receives a pair that meets our quality standards and matches the order placed.
