Welcome to Stellaris Footwear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of stellarisfootwear.com, including any related products, services, content, checkout features, customer accounts, communications, and digital experiences operated by Stellaris Footwear LLC ("Stellaris Footwear," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, joining our waitlist, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
2. Accounts and Customer Information
You may be required to provide certain information to place an order, receive order updates, complete a foot scan, access personalized content, or use other features of our website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us at support@stellarisfootwear.com.
3. Products and Custom-Made Footwear
Stellaris Footwear designs zodiac-inspired footwear and related products. At this time, our footwear is custom-made and 3D-printed exclusively by Zellerfeld. Because each pair is produced specifically for the customer based on customer information, foot scans, selected product options, and production requirements, product availability, production timelines, sizing processes, materials, colors, and fulfillment details may vary. Product images, 3D renders, descriptions, color previews, and other visual materials are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, 3D-printing processes, material behavior, color availability, design updates, or manufacturing limitations. We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, limit, or delay any product, colorway, feature, design, price, or offer at any time.
4. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellations
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or review any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, technical errors, payment issues, incorrect customer information, production limitations, or other operational concerns. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or payment processor rules. Once a custom-made or made-to-order product enters production, the order may not be cancelable. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@stellarisfootwear.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
5. Pricing, Taxes, Duties, and Payment
Prices may be displayed in U.S. Dollars or other available currencies based on your location and Shopify checkout settings. The final price, applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and fees will be shown at checkout before payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges may apply. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs charges, or fees required by the destination country.
6. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Custom-made 3D-printed products may require additional time for production, quality review, carrier processing, customs clearance, or delivery. Orders may be shipped by Stellaris Footwear, Zellerfeld, or carriers selected through our service providers. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information, weather events, security checks, payment issues, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is delayed, returned, lost, held by customs, or undeliverable because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional fees or delays may apply. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because Stellaris Footwear products are custom-made 3D-printed footwear produced specifically for the customer, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons including change of mind, incorrect product selection, style preference, color preference, customer-provided sizing issues, or customer failure to complete required steps such as a foot scan. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially nonconforming product, contact us at support@stellarisfootwear.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or other evidence. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy where appropriate. All return, refund, exchange, repair, or replacement decisions are subject to review and may depend on the product type, production partner requirements, condition of the product, customer information, and applicable law. 8. Waitlists, Launch Access, and Limited Releases
If you join a waitlist, reserve launch access, or participate in any limited release, you agree that waitlist participation does not guarantee product availability, final pricing, order acceptance, delivery timing, or access to every product or colorway. We may modify or cancel waitlists, launch timing, product availability, or promotional offers at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, footwear designs, zodiac collection concepts, page layouts, videos, audio, software, branding, slogans, and other materials, is owned by Stellaris Footwear LLC or used with permission from our licensors, service providers, or content suppliers. The name "Stellaris Footwear," our logos, product names, designs, slogans, and related brand elements may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, used commercially, or used in any way that suggests affiliation with Stellaris Footwear without our prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. User Content, Reviews, and Submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, comments, testimonials, messages, design suggestions, social media content, or other materials to us or through our website, you grant Stellaris Footwear a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, share, edit, publish, and distribute that content for business, marketing, customer service, product improvement, and promotional purposes, to the extent permitted by law. You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of any other person or business. We may remove or refuse to display user content at any time.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website, products, services, checkout, or communications for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not: violate any applicable law or regulation; interfere with or disrupt our website or systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or customer data; upload viruses, malware, destructive code, or harmful content; scrape, copy, monitor, or extract website content using automated tools without permission; misuse our brand, designs, product images, or intellectual property; place fraudulent orders or misuse payment systems; or impersonate another person or provide false information.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, marketing tools, production partners, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and other vendors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, actions, errors, delays, security practices, or services of third parties, except where required by applicable law. 15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellaris Footwear LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website, products, services, or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stellaris Footwear LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, licensors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, your violation of law, your submitted content, or your infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms and any related dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
