Shipping Timeline

Because each pair is produced to order from scratch, there is a manufacturing period before shipment. Once your order is placed, production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. This timeline is an estimate and is not guaranteed. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Destinations and Costs

Orders are shipped from Austin, Texas or Hamburg, Germany, depending on the destination.

• United States and European Union: free shipping
• All other countries: $20 flat rate

We currently ship worldwide with two exceptions: we do not ship to China or Russia. Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses in these countries.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your country’s customs requirements before placing an order, as we do not control local charges or customs processing times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges and delays may apply.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. However, we remain committed to maintaining high production standards and dispatching orders as promptly as possible.
