Track Your Order
Every Stellaris pair is 3D-printed to order, so here is exactly what to expect after you buy — and how to check where your order is at any time.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmed — you receive an email confirmation right away.
- In production — your pair is 3D-printed to order by our manufacturing partner, Zellerfeld. Because each pair is made just for you, this takes about 3–4 weeks.
- Shipped — once your pair ships, you receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
How to check your order status
- From your email: open your order confirmation or shipping email and click “View your order” to see live status and tracking.
- From your account: log in to your account and open “Orders” to see status and tracking for every order.
