We want you to love your Stellaris Footwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have [X] days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, with original packaging and tags) to be eligible for return.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items in original, unworn condition
- Items with original packaging and tags attached
- Items purchased directly from Stellaris Footwear
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Items that have been worn (except for sizing issues - see below)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse
- Final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return - Contact us to initiate a return - Include your order number and reason for return - We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
Step 2: Prepare Package - Include the original packaging - Attach all original tags - Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip - Write the RA number on the outside of the package
Step 3: Ship Return - Ship to the address provided in your return authorization - We recommend using a trackable shipping method - Return shipping costs are [your policy - customer pays or you pay]
Step 4: Receive Refund/Exchange - Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange - You'll receive an email confirmation when processed
Exchanges
